Street Art: Paris

weird-tuileresParis is at once a city and a museum, and its artistic locals are just as impressive as the works exhibited in the streets for all to see. Take advantage of the warm weather and wander through the squares and gardens where incredible sculptural works lay waiting.

I suggest the twenty-something Maillol statues dotting the Tuileries Gardens, L’Oiseau lunaire by Joan Miro in Square Blomet, the epic Zadkine sculpture, Birth of Forms, on boulevard Edgar-Quintet, or the bas-reliefs by Antoine Bourdelle adorning The Théâtre des Champs-Élysées. It’s like a giant game of cultural hide and seek. Have fun!
